Vymo partners with Microsoft to increase its global footprint

Satya Nadella, CEO, Microsoft, has also noted the work done by sales CRM software.

An intelligent personal assistant app Vymo has reportedly announced that it has collaborated with Microsoft to expand the global presence of its personal assistant for sales. The collaboration will focus on enabling organizations to reinforce their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) leveraging capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI) and strengthen their sales function with actionable and predictive insights.

Reportedly, Vymo has already been powering its current base of 85,000+ users in more than 50 large global businesses across financial services, pharma, insurance and banking sectors. The company helps these sectors with the help of machine learning and AI tools backed by Microsoft Azure to draw actionable and intelligent insights and grow productivity by over 30 percent.

Yamini Bhat, Co-founder & CEO, Vymo, reportedly stated that the company is helping organizations in their move towards a proactive CRM experience powered by intelligence and mobility. Vymo can help salespeople to operate more effectively in a deskless environment and which has transformed into a significant revenue impact for businesses, he further added.

Rajiv Sodhi, General Manager, Partner Ecosystem, Microsoft, reportedly noted that the company has been closely working with Vymo to strengthen the salesforce in businesses via AI and is delighted to take partnership further. The new development is a part of commitment of Microsoft to enable partner ecosystem to use capabilities of AI to build powerful solutions and tap growth, he further added.

Apparently, Vymo has graduated from Winter Accelerator 2015 batch of Microsoft. The application is also a winner of Microsoft’s AI for All award. Satya Nadella, CEO, Microsoft, has also noted the work done by sales CRM software. He reportedly stated that Vymo has fundamentally transformed the work of financial service providers and retailers.

For the record, Vymo is backed by Sequoia Capital and recognized by Gartner and CB insights for prescriptive sales.
