Century Software has a long-term collaboration with Acumatica Inc.
The subsidiary of Censof Holdings Bhd, Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd has reportedly announced that it has signed a share sale and purchase agreement to acquire 51 percent stake in Netsense Business Solutions Pte Ltd., a Singapore-registered enterprise software applications and service provider.
Reportedly, Century Software will increase its strategic footprint in commercial market and its product portfolio while supporting the growth strategy especially in cloud ERP segment.
Netsense Business Solutions provides widest range of business solutions, including intermediate accounting software, Acumatica cloud ERP software, CRM, payroll, HR solutions, project management, customized dashboards, mobile apps, e-commerce solutions and business intelligence tools. Century Software has a long-term collaboration with Acumatica Inc.
Ameer Bin Shaik Mydin, Managing Director, Censof Group, reportedly stated that the investment in Netsense Business Solutions is a logical step to meet the growing expectations of clients in the cloud ERP sector as Netsense aligns well with the strategy of Century Software to grow cloud and software business.
