Conkrite Capital announces merger with Grupos Originarios De México
Conkrite Capital Corp. has reportedly announced its plans to enter a definitive agreement with Grupos Originarios de México (POM) to merge in Performance Management and Resource Management.
The collaboration is the result of negotiations that lasted eight months. During the time, many laborious meetings were conducted which included executive members from Grupos Originarios de México as well as Conkrite Capital.
With this alliance, Conkrite Capital Mexico becomes the only firm that will be able to offer AI-power automation abilities to farmers in Mexico using programs based on IoT and Artificial Intelligence applications for the observation of infrastructure and applications in multilayer environments.
Mr. Nicolás W. Del Valle, Executive Director of Conkrite Capital Canada stated that the company continues to transform the future of producing and delivering food as a cloud-based hybrid technology management firm.
Del Valle added that Conkrite plans to provide customers with the most innovative methods to structure the agricultural digital transformations as it braces for the IoT revolution.
The POM- Conkrite Capital merger will help agricultural firms in overcoming the high costs related to the management of agricultural operations and develop a multi-perspective synergy that will be tactically placed to increase food production, reduce the cost of food, and end malnutrition.
Salvador Peralta, President of Operations at POM believes that AI-based farm automation is the imminent future, and training and insight-centric operations will increase the productivity of farms.
Peralta added that the collaboration will continue to offer a one-stop-shop of AI-based farm automation abilities. The alliance will scale POM’s portfolio and ensure complete tech visibility to clients thereby making Mexico a leader in managing AI agricultural operations in Latin America.
By consolidating the technology programs of Conkrite Capital with the cultivation capabilities of POM, the end-user will be able to automate operative actions and recommended management infrastructure to ensure stable yield across various crops.
