Facebook owner, Mark Zuckerberg has recently made an announcement that the majority of the company employees shall be given permission to work from home throughout the end of 2020. With a significant organization taking this step, it can be a clear indication that such a situation shall be a new normal for corporates.

After permission to work from home for the employees in 2020, there is a high possibility for large office-based businesses to witness the same. The announcement was made after the declarations Zuckerberg had made earlier about the vast majority of Facebook’s employees being able to do their jobs on time even remotely, and now his corporation felt it had a responsibility to let people who did not have the flexibility to access the shared public resources initially.

Naficy further elaborated that this could lead to consequences of inducing other firms that will have to adjust to the new normal after the coronavirus pandemic. This will make sure that they have been offering a precise level of guidance and mentorship to staff members. The company does not believe that spyware is a solution.

All the responsible firms will have to adopt the new technology that will measure employee productivity in a transparent manner and both the employees, and the managers can benefit.
